- What treatments do you offer?
- We offer physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness services including:
- Facial rituals (7 treatments including Tender Luxe Care Oncology Facial)
- Medical weight loss (12-week transformation programs)
- Body contouring (The Non-Surgical Tummy Tuck™, radiofrequency, EMS sculpting)
- Longevity & wellness therapies (IV NAD+, GHK-Cu peptides, vitamin infusions)
- Hair restoration and intimate wellness treatments
- Are treatments painful?
- Most treatments are well-tolerated with minimal discomfort. We use topical anesthetics for procedures that may cause sensitivity. Your practitioner will discuss comfort measures during your consultation.
- How long is a typical consultation?
- Initial consultations are 60 minutes, allowing thorough discussion of your goals, medical history, and treatment options. Follow-up sessions vary by treatment type.
Booking & Consultations
- What is the booking fee?
- A GYD $3,000 booking fee secures your appointment time. This fee is credited toward your consultation (GYD $8,000) when required, or toward treatment costs.
- Do I need a consultation before treatment?
- Yes, all clients require a physician-led consultation (GYD $8,000) before any treatment. This ensures safety and confirms the treatment is appropriate for your goals.
- Can I pay with WiPay/MMG?
- Payment options will be confirmed during your consultation. We currently accept various payment methods - please ask your practitioner for details.
Policies
- Cancellation policy?
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. Rescheduling is encouraged - please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- What is the GNBS certification?
- Synergy Rejuvenation Lounge is the only GNBS-certified medical spa in Guyana (GYS 901 certification). This guarantees our services meet Guyana's national healthcare standards.
- Are results guaranteed?
- Results vary by individual and treatment type. Your practitioner will discuss expected outcomes and realistic goals during your consultation. All treatments are physician-supervised.
