Booking Policy
Please read our policies before booking your consultation or treatment.
Consultation Policy
- Consultation Required
- All clients must undergo a physician-led consultation before any treatment. The consultation (GYD $8,000) assesses your medical history, goals, and suitability for proposed treatments.
- Booking Fee
- A GYD $3,000 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is credited toward your consultation fee when the consultation occurs.
- Rescheduling & Cancellation

- Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice: No fee
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: $3,000 booking fee may apply
- Rescheduling: Encouraged - contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment
- No-Show Policy
- Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit the booking fee. A new booking fee will be required for rescheduling.
Treatment Policy
- Consent & Safety
- All treatments are physician-supervised. We require informed consent, which includes discussion of potential risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. A medical history form must be completed before treatment.
- Pregnancy & Nursing
- Most aesthetic and wellness treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or nursing. Please inform your practitioner if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
- Side Effects
- All treatments carry potential side effects. Your practitioner will review these during consent. Most side effects are mild and temporary, but rare serious complications can occur.
GNBS Certification
- Government Certification
- Synergy Rejuvenation Lounge is certified by the Guyana National Bureau of Standards (GNBS) with certification number GYS 901. This certification confirms compliance with national healthcare standards for medical aesthetics practices.
- Certificate Validity
- Our GNBS certification is valid through April 2028. Regular audits ensure ongoing compliance with standards.
